Privacy Policy

We do not ask who you are — no account, no login, and nothing of our own stored on your device. The adverts are supplied by Google and may use cookies; here is exactly how, and how to turn them off.

What we collect ourselves

Nothing that identifies you. Lottery Daily Picks is a set of plain pages showing lottery results that have already been published. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no comment section and no shopping basket, so there is nothing for us to store about you.

The interactive parts of the site — the tax estimator, the number checker, the fun-numbers feature — run entirely inside your own browser. What you type into them is never sent to us and never leaves your device.

Like nearly every website, our web server keeps ordinary technical logs (the page requested, the time, the browser type and the network address it came from). These are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you or sold to anyone.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to count how many people visit and which pages are popular, so we know what is worth improving. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you are on a phone or a computer.

We use this only as anonymous totals. We do not know your name, we make no attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website at once by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on.

Adverts, and the cookies that come with them

This site is paid for by adverts. We use Google AdSense to show them. In plain terms, this means:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show adverts based on your previous visits to this site or other sites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners show adverts to you based on your visits to this site and elsewhere on the internet.
• These cookies are set by Google, not by us. We never see them, and we are not given your name, email address or any other detail that identifies you personally.

How to turn personalised adverts off

You are in control of this, and it takes about a minute:

• Turn off personalised advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings.
• Opt out of many other advertising companies at once at aboutads.info/choices or optout.networkadvertising.org.

• Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. The site will still work normally if you do.

If you are in the UK, EU or Switzerland

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised adverts are used, and can accept or refuse. Your choice is remembered and can be changed at any time from the same message, or by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.

Links to other sites

We link out to official state lottery websites, and our news pages link to press releases published by those lotteries. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's website and their privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.

Children

Lottery play is for adults aged 18 or over (21 in some states). This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site handles data changes, we will update this page. The date at the bottom of every page shows when the site was last rebuilt.
